Chef Anura Chandrasiri Lenora is bringing the authentic and hearty tastes from his home in Sri Lanka to the heart of Bengaluru. The culinary extravaganza will take place at the Neo Kitchen where food and theatre come together from 2nd June 2023 to 11th June 2023, offering foodies in Bengaluru the opportunity to savor the vibrant flavors and rich cultural heritage of Sri Lankan cuisine. Further the festival shall conclude as an elaborate Srilankan Festive Sunday Brunch on June 11, 2023.

"Kandy Esala Perahera”, also known as the festival of the tooth commemorates a historic ritual to pay homage to Lord Buddha’s sacred tooth relic. Celebrated as a festival of lights and unique customs food takes centre stage with its origins in the streets of Kandy.

During the festival, guests can enjoy an enchanting dinner experience from 7:30 PM to 11:00 PM, featuring an array of delectable Sri Lankan dishes. The menu showcases mouthwatering specialties such as Kurakkan pol roti with katta sambol, Malu aengilla, Kothu roti, and Uru mas ratu kari. Each dish is carefully crafted to offer an authentic taste of Sri Lanka, creating a sense of familiar nostalgia and tantalise taste buds of food enthusiasts.
To complement the culinary delights, a thematic beverage menu, "Sips of Ceylon," will be offered for guests to enjoy with food. Guests can choose from a selection of refreshing cocktails and IMFL (Indian Made Foreign Liquor) beverages priced at INR 1499. For those who prefer non-alcoholic options, a soft beverage package is available from INR 300 onwards.
