Join us at ITC Gardenia to revel in an Arabic culinary fare as our Executive Chef Anuj Sood presents ‘Arabic Food Festival. A menu curated by the chef who specialises in Arabic cuisine will be the highlight of this week-long festival. Having worked with various renowned brands in Middle East, Chef Anuj has developed a intricate knowledge of the flavours and cooking techniques of this cuisine. The wide spread buffet will feature dishes like Hummus, Tabbouleh, Muhammara, Babaganouseh, Fattoush salad, Lamb Kibbeh, Cheese Sambousek, Lamb Sheesh kebab, shish tawook, kofta kebab, grilled prawns, Arabic spiced chicken with Dakoos sauce, Chicken kibbeh bil laban, Lamb with sumac , chickpeas, Vegetable Tagine, Dates Biryani, Lamb mandi, Qubooli rice and a more! To add the final touch, we will also have a live chicken shawarma counter. To conclude your meal on the sweet note, the dessert counter will have Umali, arabic sweets platter, Mohlabia, Kanafeh, Halva, Sahlab, Basbousa, Sticky date pudding and Cheese cake with mamoul.
