Chef Oumaima Bejja, a culinary expert in Arabic and Moroccon cuisine, will curate authentic delicacies such as Tagine Dajaj Bel Zaytoun, Shorbat Harrira, Tagine Lahm, Bel Barkouk, Makloubat Dajaj, Khodar Mahshi, Salata Zaalouk and more. Enhanced with fruits, dried and fresh apricots, dates, figs, and raisins, Moroccon cooking is a refreshing delight to one’s taste buds.
