Honey gms 600
Rum ml 120
Clove Powder gms 30
Cinnamon Powder gms 40
Ginger Powder gms 30
Chopped Chocolate gms 720
Flour Refined gms 3000
Chopped Almond Roasted gms 1500
Mixed Peels gms 600
Baking Powder gms 30
Baking Soda gms 30
METHOD:
1. Heat up honey and sugar and water for about 40 C, cool.
2. Beat eggs and honey mixture.
3. Place all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.
4. Put the honey mixture into and knead for short time.
5. Portion the batter and bake it for 1 hour at 180 C.
