Bangalore, 5th May 2025: Chowman, India’s most celebrated Asian dining chain, proudly announces the debut of its first-ever Asian Food Festival, marking a milestone in its 15 years of culinary excellence. This special edition brings together authentic and exotic dishes from six countries like Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, and China across Kolkata, Bangalore, Delhi, and Hyderabad.

In its journey of crafting unforgettable Asian dining experiences, Chowman now takes a step further to celebrate the vibrant culinary traditions of Asia in their truest forms. Through the Asian Food Festival, Chowman aims to transport food lovers to the heart of Asia, offering an immersive experience rooted in authenticity, nostalgia, and discovery. From beloved classics to lesser-known traditional gems, every dish is meticulously curated to showcase the rich cultural heritage and diversity of Asian cuisines.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Debaditya Chaudhury, Managing Director, Chowman, said, “This festival is not just a new addition to our menu - it’s a heartfelt tribute to the rich and diverse culinary heritage of Asia. JAPAN

Pork & Mushroom Gyoza – ₹280 Japanese dumplings stuffed with minced pork and mushroom, served with hot garlic sauce & hot pepper sauce.

Seafood Tempura Moriwase – ₹440 A filling platter comprising squid, bhetki, and shrimps in tempura batter served with sweet chilli sauce & sriracha mayo.

Harumaki – ₹380 Crispy spring rolls filled with pork, chicken, shrimp, shiitake mushrooms, and glass noodles fried to golden perfection served with sweet chilli sauce.

Sakana Teriyaki – ₹610 Pan-seared fish glazed with a rich, sweet soy-based teriyaki sauce.

VIETNAM Goi Cuon – ₹290 Fresh cold summer rolls packed with vegetables and prawns, served with soya sauce.

Ga Kho Gung – ₹345 Caramelized ginger chicken cooked with garlic, and a hint of chili, garnished garnish with shredded ginger and red chillies.

MALAYSIA Ayam Serai Glaze – ₹325 Chicken glazed with a tangy lemongrass and spice sauce, bringing vibrant flavors to the plate.

THAILAND Chicken/Fish Takrai – ₹335/375 Fried chicken or fish marinated in fragrant lemongrass and Thai spices with a tangy, sweet ending.

CHINA Asian Chilli Garlic Prawn – ₹465 Juicy prawns tossed in a spicy and tangy blend of chilli, garlic, and sriracha sauce for a fiery, mouthwatering delight.

JAPAN Chicken Katsu – ₹610 Deep fried crumb-fried chicken accompanied by Jasmine rice and chef’s special sauce.

Yaki Udon (Veg/Chicken/Shrimp) – ₹390/₹460/ ₹495 Stir-fried noodles with vegetables, mushrooms, and shrimp/chicken with sweet and savory sauce, finished with a touch of nori.

VIETNAM Hanoi Pho Bowl (Chicken/ Pork) - ₹395/ ₹425 A filling broth filled with exotic veggies, tender pork, and chicken, served with flat noodles.

MALAYSIA Laksa Lemak Bowl – ₹535 A rich mild- spicy coconut noodle soup in seafood variations, tofu and shiitake mushrooms, garnished with golden fried onions, bursting with flavor.

KOREA Kimchi Bokkeumbap (Kimchi Fried Rice) (Chicken/Shrimp) - ₹555/ ₹595 Bold and flavorful Korean fried rice made with fresh kimchi, garlic, and gochujang, stir-fried to perfection. Served with a sunny-side-up egg and garnished with sesame seeds and nori sheet.

Korean Ramen Bowl (Chicken/ Pork) - ₹330/ ₹375 Hearty bowl of ramen noodles immersed in a rich, savory Korean-style broth, with tender meat slices, and a soft-boiled egg.

Bibimbap – ₹565 Classic Korean mixed rice bowl topped with an assortment of seasoned vegetables, chicken, and a fried egg.
