Pune, November 24, 2025: The National Restaurant Association of India (NRAI) Pune Chapter successfully concluded its flagship event, “Building Better Kitchens,” held on Tuesday, 18th November 2025 at Social, Fergusson College Road. Powered by Pune Gas in association with Alister Equipment, the event brought together over 160 chefs, restaurateurs, service providers and F&B industry leaders for an engaging and future-focused discussion on elevating commercial kitchen design and operations. The event also showcased tech-forward solutions by a select few tech brands, enabling better operations, management and ensuring better performance of restaurants.
The evening featured an insightful and interactive session with Celebrity Chef Vicky Ratnani, who captivated the audience with his unique blend of practical experience, culinary creativity, and forward-thinking perspectives. Joining him was ace kitchen consultant Mr. Sadanand Acharya, whose deep expertise in kitchen planning and operational efficiency enriched the conversation.
Together, the speakers highlighted the evolving needs of India’s rapidly expanding foodservice industry and addressed key themes such as modern kitchen design, workflow optimisation, energy efficiency, safety innovations, and sustainability practices.
