Available at the hotel's Le Bar Diamantaire, the special cocktail menu will offer guests a variety of drinks to get them in the festive spirit. Options include Mind Eraser, a throwback to the 1980's, when the drink originated; the Grinch, a perfectly season-appropriate green drink; and Fireworks, a bright citrus cocktail topped with sparkling wine and crackers on the rim, amongst many others.
