The spectacular Dosa Festival will have live dosa preparations and on offer are 15 varieties of dosas β Masala Dosa, Mysore Dosa, Spinach Plain Dosa, Spinach Masala Dosa, Spring Dosa, Paneer Dosa, Moong Plain Dosa, Nir-Dosa, Rawa Masala Dosa, Rawa Plain Dosa, Moong Masala Dosa, Urid Dosa, Schezwan Dosa, Cheese Dosa and Chefs Special Dosa. This is well-complimented with onion or shallot chutneys and tangy sambhar; and can be washed down with a piping hot cup of tea or filter coffee.
