Sharoni Sharma has recently been appointed as the Head of food and beverage operations at Roseate House New Delhi. She started her career with The Taj Mahal, New Delhi as a restaurant manager followed by a bar manager after completing her graduation from ITC-Welcomgroup Graduate School, Manipal and was enrolled in the Taj Management Training Program. Sharoni Sharma has worked with the leading hotels during her career term across different cities including ‘Marriott International, Mumbai & Bengaluru’, ‘The Leela Group’ and ‘Accor Hotels’.
Sharoni Sharma’s excellence lies in the restaurant operations and banquet. Her business development acumen along with her ambitious skills has been a driving force for all her endeavors.
Sharoni Sharma has been at the helm of many award winning hotels namely JW Marriott, Bengaluru and The Icons of Whisky Award 2011 & 2012 at Taj Hotels before joining Roseate House New Delhi as Food and Beverage Managing Head.
As an individual she has won numerous laurels. She has won titles such as the “Women of Accor” at IBIS and Novotel Bengaluru. She has been recognized by The Hindu Group of Publications as the only Lady Beverage Manager for Five star establishments in New Delhi, 2011.
