New Delhi, December 17, 2019 –Eminent chef, Abhijit Saha, has launched his first-ever Cookbook, Caperberry in association with Roseate Hotels & Resorts and Avant-Garde Hospitality. The cookbook is not only a labour of love and passion but also a replica of the most delectable recipes that have been created in his life as a chef.

Besides recipes, the book also tells the exciting story of conceiving, creating and operating a top-class fine dining restaurant and its ecosystem. Caperberry the cookbook is an extract of chef’s learnings over a period of twenty-nine years as a Chef including twelve years as Chef-Entrepreneur.

Chef Abhijit Saha shared his views on the launch said, “Launching this book was almost a journey by itself as it has the stories or my experiences throughout my career. I am thankful to Roseate Hotels & Resorts, New Delhi as they have provided me this wonderful platform to showcase my recipes to the world.”

Abhijit Saha has been the mastermind of the famous Avant-Garde Hospitality Pvt Limited and a coach of team India for Bocuse d’Or Asia-Pacific 2018, a guest judge of MasterChef India 2016, Chef Saha has twenty-nine years of national and international experience as a Chef, Restauranteur and F&B Consultant. He has been awarded ‘Chef of the year’ Food Food- BBC Good Food Awards 2018, ‘Chef of The Year’ Times Food Awards 2016 and ‘Best Chef of India’ Indian Restaurant Congress & Awards 2013, IFCA Chef-Entrepreneur of year 2009 and SICA Golden Hat Award 2010 for outstanding contribution to the field of culinary arts. He is a member of the elite team of chefs who contributed to the ‘World Culinary Arts’ DVD & Podcast by Culinary Institute of America, which has won the ‘James Beard Foundation’ Award in 2008.
