Mumbai, 30th September 2023: Route 66 Goa, acclaimed for its culinary excellence, is excited to announce the expansion of its operations with the opening of a cutting-edge cloud kitchen in Bandra, Mumbai. This strategic move aims to bring Route 66 Goa's iconic flavors and innovative dishes to the heart of Bandra, catering to the modern dining preferences of the city.

Nestled in the charming neighborhood of Candy's – Pali Hill, the recently established cloud kitchen is set to showcase Route 66 Goa's diverse collection of American Classics. The menu draws inspiration from the American diner experience, offering an extensive selection of hearty creations such as Hot Dogs, Burgers, Steaks, and more. The majority of menu items feature gourmet ingredients and toppings, including Bacon, sausages, patties, Cheddar cheese, as well as zesty South American peppers, Chilies, chipotle chilies, house made adobo sauce, and jalapenos.

The Brand prides itself in making most of their toppings and sauces in house to preserve the nutritional values. Greens and Vegetables are sourced from organic farms, Pickles and Jalapenos are brined inhouse, bacon and ribs are smoked in a smoker oven with apple or Hickory wood.

The establishment introduces a specially curated menu, tailored for Mumbai's palate, promising a satisfying experience that will leave patrons craving more. But the offerings don't stop there – the cloud kitchen will also present a fusion of Cold Pressed Mocktails, Fresh Seasonal Juices, and their renowned Milkshakes, devoid of artificial sugar additives, with a focus on the wholesome goodness of natural ingredients.

The salads and pasta dishes feature a selection of exquisite components that prioritize nutritional value and well-being. Notable additions to Route 66's menu

include an array of pasta choices such as Spaghetti Meatballs and Lasagna, alongside salads like the American Cobb Salad and Taco Fresco Chopped Salad. The kitchen also boasts an extensive variety of New York Style Pizzas, expertly baked in a specially designed stone oven to achieve the ideal crispy crust. Not to be overlooked are the exceptional Seafood burgers, including the Norwegian Salmon Burger, Tuna Patty Melt, and Crab Burger.
