Celebrating authentic flavours from West Bengal, as our much loved Chef Swanand Thipsay brings to life the vivid flavours straight from the eastern corridors of India.
Bengali cuisine certainly has the finest blend of both Vegetarian and non – vegetarian delectables. An array of delicious dishes will be available in the all-day dining restaurant ‘Hornby’s Pavilion’ at ITC Grand Central both the coming weekends.
Delicacies such as Kosha Mangsho, Chingri Malai curry, Cholar Dal Narikel Diye, Gosht Matiya Buruj Biryani, Bhapa Doi, Sandesh, Rosogulla will be available for our guests to binge on and treat their tastebuds to the nuances of Bengali food.
This pop up highlighting the feast from Bengal, will be available for dinners on Fridays and Saturdays and for the Sunday brunch.
