Mumbai, 12^th October 2021: Sahara Star is happy to announce the re-opening of its most appreciated Pan Asian restaurant – East Asian Spice Trail abbreviated as E.A.S.T

Located in central courtyard of the Hotel, E.A.S.T is primarily a fine dining restaurant serving authentic East Asian cuisine with flavours of China, Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand alive in its colossal menu. Warm and cosy interiors with Buddha installations make the dining experience absolutely rejuvenating.

With the reopening of the restaurant, Sahara Star is also thrilled to introduce Chef Rahul Karve, who will be leading the E.A.S.T restaurant. With his new menu, Chef Rahul is all set to take over your palate with his impeccable culinary creations.
