Onam Sadya is a significant festival that marks the beginning of the traditional Hindu calendar in coastal Karnataka. To commemorate this auspicious occasion, Sana-di-ge New Delhi is curating an exclusive culinary experience that showcases the diverse and delectable flavors of the region.

Guests can indulge in an extraordinary culinary journey at the festival. From appetizers to main courses and even desserts, our talented team of chefs has crafted an innovative menu that showcases the versatility of jackfruit in both savory and sweet creations. The menu include SAMBHARAM (Spicy buttermilk with fresh coriander, ginger and curry leaves) Kerala all time favorite cooler UPPERI, Banana chips, SHARKARA UPPERI (Sweet banana chips) KOSHMABRI SALAD (Traditional Kannadiga salad), CABBAGE THORAN (Astir fried dish made of a cabbage finished with grated coconut), MEZHUKKU PURATTI (Stir fried raw banana finished with coconut silvers &crushed dry red chilli), AVIAL (A mélange of local vegetables tossed in a paste of coconut a delicacy from Kerala), OLAN (White pumpkin & red bean cooked in coconut milk & spices), PULISSERY (A yoghurt- based curry made with ground coconut with okra), CHANA DAL PAYASAM (Sweetener-jaggery, medium –mix of cows milk& coconut milk) and much more

The promotion will run from 28th to 31st August 2023, Lunch 12.30 PM to 3 PM and Dinner from 7PM to 10.30PM. Guests can expect an exceptional dining atmosphere, attentive service, and an unforgettable journey of flavors.

About Sana-di-ge

Sana-di-ge Delhi is located in one of Delhi’s greenest neighbourhoods—Malcha Marg Chanakyapuri, the restaurant is spread across three floors. The name Sana-di-ge is derived from the Tulu language meaning a brass lamp. The restaurant is known for its authentic coastal recipes curated with freshly sourced ingredients. The extensive menu comprises delicacies from Mangalore, Goa, Maharashtra, and Kerala. The food here is served on brass plates lined with plantain leaves giving an experience of Dakshina Kannada dining.

Every alternate day, fresh seafood is sourced and guests are shown live crabs, lobsters, catch of the day, etc. before preparing the dish to guarantee its freshness. The art and decor of Sana-di-ge are sure to transport you to the kitchens of the coast bringing in a one-of-a-kind of experience.
