What began as helping her mother cook food in kitchen led to Sarika Kamble becoming an executive chef at Crowne Plaza Pune.
Her love for food is what made her choose this profession. She gets her inspiration from Chef Vernon , who was her food production professor and guided her to become what she is today.
She describes her first job experience as “I started as a Chef at The Park Hotel in the culinary city of Bangalore and it was a great experience. I was excited to be around food and learn about new things, flavors, and cuisines. I also got a great insight to a 5-star hotel kitchen.” Sarika describes her journey at Crowne Plaza Pune to be very exciting, “I believe every brand teaches you something new and with Crowne Plaza Pune I have had a very different experience in terms of learning, innovation and using resources more efficiently and effectively.”
Home cooked sabji with bharki is what she likes the most and prefers at the end of a tiring day.
