Hyatt Regency Kolkata presents The Sārvatt Experience, a grand celebration of Gujarati tastes and traditions.
Using locally sourced ingredients and traditional cooking techniques, Master Chef Chandan Parmar of Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad will serve specially curated meals of four, seven and nine courses each, ranging from INR 1400 - 3000++.
Start with crowd-favourites such as Khakda and Fafda from the 'Naashta Pitara', Khaandvi and Dhokla from the 'Steam Baksa', and a delicious array of savouries such as Samosa Chaat and Surti Pyaaza from the 'Farsaan Minar'. Remember to cleanse your palate with frozen 'Golas' before moving on to the entrées.
You can either opt for a Roti Thaal or a Rice Thaal, served with popular mains like Sev Tameta Nu Shaak, Govind Gatta Curry, Moong Kheladi Ki Sabji, and much more. Relish sweet treats like Ghewar Tart and Kathiyawadi Peda, and conclude your Sārvatt experience with a variety of 'Mukhwas'. Liquor will be available separately.
