Bangalore, India – As the holy month of Ramadan commences, Ishaara, renowned for its stellar India cuisine, is delighted to unveil a special menu celebrating the flavors of Mumbai’s culinary hub, the Bohri Mohalla.

During this sacred period, Ishaara is set to transport diners into the heart of Bohri Mohalla, recreating an immersive dining experience filled with vibrant colors & captivating fragrances reminiscent of Bohri Mohalla's lively streets, and a specially curated menu reflecting the diversity and essence of the neighborhood.

Originating from the vibrant city of Mumbai, Bohri Mohalla is known for its rich culinary heritage, where families come together to celebrate the spirit of communal dining and diverse flavors and create lasting memories.

Start your meal with a refreshing rose-flavored milkshake to cool down your palate. Indulge in delicious starters that include Lamb Keema Samosa, crispy golden pockets filled with minced lamb, Chicken Cutlet, timeless favorites with succulent chicken fillets coated in egg and fried to golden perfection & Goat Cheese and Corn Samosa, a vegetarian twist on the patti samosa.

For mains relish the Bohri Lamb Curry, a signature dish of the Bohri community, Chicken Rashida, chicken marinated in yogurt and spices, served with a creamy tomato sauce or Kaju Paneer, a vegetarian delight with the unique flavor of fenugreek leaves.

How can the meal be complete without mouth watering Biryani’s? Relish the Nalli Dum Biryani, aromatic lamb shank slow-cooked with fragrant rice, spices, and saffron or the Dum Aloo Biryani, a vegetarian masterpiece with potatoes & rice.
