Mumbai, March 2023: - Journey through the land of the “Ascending Dragon” as you savor the delectable cuisine of Vietnam as the most sought-after 5 star luxury hotel, JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu, welcomes guest Chef Loc Le from Vinpearl Landmark 81, Autograph Collection to Mumbai for an exclusive pop-up at the progressive modern Asian restaurant, Dashanzi from 14^th to 19^th March, 2023.

Shaped by a myriad of flavours, Vietnamese cuisine is based on fresh ingredients, leafy greens and fish in abundance and minimal cooking, all of which offers a great range of signature delicacies and has been gaining popularity across the globe for its delicately balanced spiciness and tanginess. Chef Loc Le, Brand Chef at Oriental Pearl restaurant with over 16 years of extensive culinary experience has a dream to elevate Vietnamese cuisine to other levels, where global diners adore and recognise the cuisine as Vietnamese heritage. The aromatic cuisine is also favoured by those following a vegan and gluten-free diet owing to its use of rice and its derivatives as central ingredients.

The culinary masterminds at Dashanzi along with Chef Loc Le have curated a bespoke menu complementing the spirit of Vietnam - the pop-up comprises of dishes which are a masterful blend of home-style cooking with traditional ingredients. Guests can treat their taste buds by indulging in traditional signatures such as Bun Cha Hanoi, La Vong Salmon, Pho Ga, Hoi An-style Chicken Rice, Red Emperor, Canh Canh Soup Salmon Ceviche and King Prawn amongst others. Patrons can also satiate their sweet tooth with Banana Fritters and Durian Mung Bean.

The pop-up will offer a blend of culinary innovation as you celebrate the culture and cuisine of Vietnam at the Arabian Sea facing restaurant – Dashanzi from 14^th March - 19th March, 2023.
