From the roast, relish some Murgh Mussalam and Oven Roasted Fish Fillet with Lemon Basil, accompanied by Anna Potatoes, Roasted Root Vegetables Ragout and Caraway, and Kachumber Salad.

Savour some Independence Day inspired accompaniments such as Armies Favorite Charrey Aaloo Aur Anar Ki Motiya, Ministry of Defence Aaloo Chana Papdi Chat, Tri Color Pasta Salad, Indian Armed Forces Greek Salad, Rastrapathi Bhavan’s Curd Rice and more.
