Savour Anglo-Indian Delights only at Feast, Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden Hotel

15/01/2020

The Anglo-Indian cuisine is popular in many parts of the country. During the Raaj, the British started borrowing Indian dishes and this ended up creating this delightful cuisine. The khansaamas from that time started using Indian condiments to spruce up traditional British recipes.

The Anglo-Indian community in India has proudly preserved their cuisine and the chefs at Sheraton Grand Pune will be taking inspiration from their recipes and try to recreate them.

Sheraton Grand Pune is bringing to you some of the choicest dishes such as the Railway Mutton Curry, Mulligatawny soup, Kedgeree, Prawn Vindaloo and Fish Rissoles.

Although this cuisine dates back to decades ago, it is still not widely available in India. So head to Feast to experience the delicious result of the Raaj period in India.
