Connecting the bustling streets of the Middle East to the vibrant city of Pune, Conrad Pune celebrates the flavours of Persia with a one of a kind – Persian Food festival curated by Chef Azi Karami at their poolside Café – Kabana. Commencing from 4th February, guests can enjoy the exotic flavours of rich Persian cuisine while taking in the stunning views of the pool.

Specializing in Persian & Middle Eastern cuisine, Chef Karami is known for her creative interpretations of traditional dishes. The menu features a variety of delectable dishes leaving one spoilt for choices – from classic kebabs to flavourful rice dishes, all prepared with the freshest ingredients.

Guests can look forward to indulging in mouth-watering appetizers like Doner Kebab, Kuku Sabzi, Ash-e-Jo to salads and Mezze platters which includes Salad Shirazi, Lebanese Tabbouleh and Chef Azi Karami’s Signature Mezze Plate to choose from. Adding to the feast are a wide variety of succulent kebabs like New Zealand Lamb Chop, Joojeh Kebab, Zaffran Cottage Cheese, Yogurtlu Kebab etc.

The mains include delicacies like Sabzi Polo ba Raan, Zereshk Polo Ba Morgh and Manti end your meal on a sweet note, the chef’s signature desserts like Baklava And Kunafah right from the streets of Persia.
