This Winter Season, VietNom invites you to Step into the Winter Season with VietNom's exquisite Winter Warmth Menu – a symphony of flavours meticulously crafted to evoke the spirit of the season. 

At the VietNom bar, you can immerse yourself in the rich tapestry of Winter Cocktails, each is a unique experience awaiting your palate. From the soul-soothing Viet:Nom Mulled Wine, to Sake Bombs, The Lady in Red Cocktail, the Warm Rum Toddy, Monkey Gland as well as Viet:Nog are the perfect Winter Warmth cocktails that offer an enticing array of flavours, promising to elevate your winter evenings. The Cocktails start at INR 699 + taxes.

Additionally, VietNom promises to take you through an authentic experience of Vietnamese cuisine with their Live Hot Pot Special, offering four different varieties - Vegetarian, Chicken, Seafood and Tenderloin. The live stations offer an interactive experience, allowing you to craft your perfect hot pot of your choice. 

In addition to the winter warmth menu, they've also launched a Special Christmas Hamper, consisting of a festive bag with a Viet:nom Festive Plum cake, a fridge Magnet, a mini christmas tree, Reindeer and Santa hats. Priced at INR 899, the hamper will be available to purchase till 25th December.

Viet:Nom Mulled Wine Recipe

Ingredients:

● Red Wine - 120ml

● Cognac/ Brandy - 20ml

● Fresh Orange - 4 Slices

● Honey - 10ml

● Winter Spices - Whole

● Star Anise, Cinnamon, Clove

● Garnish - Cinnamon Roll with Star Anise and Orange Slice

Method:

Combine all the ingredients into a saucepan and simmer it for 5 minutes.

Strain it and serve.

Glassware: Red Wine Glass

Viet:Nom Lady In Red Recipe (Hot)

Ingredients:

● Inhouse Vanilla Infused Gin - 50ml

● Apple Cranberry Tea - 90ml

● Fresh Lemon Juice - 10ml

● Honey - 15ml

● Garnish - Edible flower & Basil Leaf

Method:

Prepare Apple Cranberry Hot Tea combining all the other ingredients in hot water.

Add Vanilla Infused Gin and serve.

Viet:Nom Lady In Red Recipe (Cold)

● Inhouse Vanilla Infused Gin - 50ml

● Apple Cranberry Tea - 90ml

● Fresh Lemon Juice - 10ml

● Honey - 15ml

● Garnish - Edible flower & Basil Leaf

Method:

Prepare Apple Cranberry Cold Tea combining all the other ingredients.

Add Vanilla Infused Gin and serve.
