The gastronomical journey from the state of Punjab also called the ‘Breadbasket of Nation” and its cuisines are now world famous; especially the traditional dish of “Makke-di-roti and Sarson-da saag” is a must in any Punjabi platter. The mouth-watering cuisine includes both vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies that include Bhatti da murg, Amritsari fish tikka, makki di sheek, Aloo KI Nazakat, Sarson da saag Chafing dish, Pind de cholle, Amritsari kadi pakoda, Dal makhani, Panjab wala Butter Chicken, Paneer Lababdar, Jeera Rice, Fish curry, Bathuwe ka Raita, fried chilly/lemon wedges, Makki di roti, bajre di roti, bhatore, salad and Amrit sari kulcha.
