The famed French restaurant has launched the second edition of its cocktail menu, featuring a selection of cocktails, wines, beers, and a whole new in-house G&T menu

French cuisine has always been considered the pinnacle of culinary experience. With the goal of bringing its quintessential flavors to the salty shores of Mumbai, Slink and Bardot opened its doors in Worli little over a year ago. Serving up classic small plates that encompass both rustic and contemporary sensibilities, the restaurant has not only gained a place in the hearts of the patrons, but also encouraged them to experiment further with the flavors of France.

Having recently introduced a variety of exquisite new dishes through their Anniversary Menu, they’re now all set to raise the bar further with the arrival of the New Beverage Menu! Curated by Nick Harrison, co-founder of Slink & Bardot, the menu includes delicious new additions to the wines & beers list and an in-house curated Gin & Tonic menu that gives an elegant twist to the classic pairing.

The culmination of Nick’s experiments with his favorite drink, the new G & T menu includes a namesake Slink & Bardot Original G&T, as well as a classic Bombay Dry G&T. For a lighter flavor, you can try the Apple, Basil & Limoncello G&T or the Grapefruit, Plum & Clove G&T. If you’re looking for a dash of that classic S&B innovation, look no further - the Carrot, Coriander & Cabernet G&T and the Pineapple, Turmeric & Dill G&T are the perfect flavors for the adventurous palate!

The second edition of the Cocktail Menu has a range of fruity cocktails that are perfect to pair with a hearty meal, including the Aloe Vera Martini, Negroni Sour, Ch-Ch-Ch Chia and Pomme Pomme. If you’re looking for something to match the dark winter skies, the Barrel Aged Negroni, The Sazerac and Make Mine A Maker’s serve as the ideal accompaniment. For more contemporary tastes, pick something from Modern Classics like the Lemondrop Martini or learn why ‘In Vino Veritas’ with the Damsel in Distress or The Blue Shoe.
