The St. Regis Mumbai is thrilled to announce the launch of its “MasterChef Seafood Brunch” at Seven Kitchens, the city's premier brunch destination. This extraordinary culinary event will showcase an exquisite array of seafood dishes crafted by eight acclaimed Master Chefs on 26th May & 2nd June, 2024.  

In a quest for culinary perfection, the eight Master Chefs embarked on an adventurous journey to a local island. They interacted with some seasoned fishermen, witnessing first-hand the dedication and toil that goes into procuring the freshest catch. With discerning eyes and expert hands, the chefs meticulously selected the finest produce, ensuring only the best ingredients that would grace their dishes. This endeavor was driven by their commitment to excellence, as they prepared for the highly anticipated exclusive seafood brunch at Seven Kitchens, the city's most esteemed brunch destination.

Guests can indulge in an unmatched gastronomic journey with locally sourced ocean inspired delicacies where each MasterChef will present a signature dish, infusing traditional techniques with innovative flavours. Our Director of Culinary, Chef Paul will delight diners with freshly fetched Shucked Oysters, offering a sophisticated and refreshing start to the seafood experience. Executive Sous Chef Rohin will present a harmonious Surf & Turf featuring scallops and lamb, balancing delicate seafood with succulent meat while Peruvian Master Chef Kinyo will add a dramatic flair with his Sakanayaki Tail on Fire, bringing the best of Japanese seafood grilling to the table.

Additionally, Indian Master Chef Taj will offer a rich and aromatic Crab Pulachi Nandu Curry, a traditional South Indian dish that bursts with authentic flavours. Levantine Master Chef Ahmed will fuse Mediterranean influences with seafood, creating a luxurious Lobster Hummus that redefines a classic favourite. Asian Master Chef Raymond will present the exotic KL ChinaTown Pomfret Fish in Kam Heung Sauce, a Malaysian-Chinese delicacy combining fresh pomfret with a fragrant, spicy sauce and Lastly, Pastry Chef Pradeep will unveil The Pearl, a masterfully crafted dish that promises both visual and culinary delight.
