Pune, 11th May 2019: Goa today is a potpourri of cultures and the food there also reflects this mix. Festival will feature a wide variety of Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian dishes such as Konkani sweet potato salad, Shark salads, Chana and jackfruit sukke (chana ani kaggi sukke ), Raw mango gravy(kairachi ammit), Goan fish curry, Chicken xacutti, Chicken cafreal (Goan roast chicken in green masala) to name a few.

The festival will also have live counters serving Chorizo paav, Omette rassa paav, Goan curries with rice, fish balchao. Guest can finish the meal with authentic Goan desserts like Alle Belle, Bebinca, Coconut barfi, Dudol to indulge your sweet tooth.
