From June 15 to June 24, 2023, Chef Jason will captivate discerning palates with an exclusive Sichuan menu, meticulously curated in collaboration with our talented culinary team.

The specially crafted menu promises to transport guests to the bustling streets of Asia, offering an array of delectable options that will tantalize taste buds.

Chef Jason's signature creations include the Crispy Tiger Prawn with Mango and Roasted Almonds, a delightful blend of flavors and textures. For those seeking an exquisite non-vegetarian dish, the Deep Fried Chicken with Shrimp Paste and Garlic is a must-try. Vegetarian diners can indulge in the marinated Sichuan Fungus with Chilli on Ice or savor the unique Tofu with Spring Onion Soup. The main course selection features culinary delights such as the Wok-Fried Chicken with Hot Garlic Sauce, Sichuan Chilli Tiger Prawn, Wu Xi Pork Ribs, and Stir-Fried Water Spinach with Fermented Tofu.

Commencing his career in his hometown of Fujian, on the southeastern coast of China, Chef Jason’s time in the kitchen took him across dynamic brands in Asia before joining Shangri-La Colombo as Chef de Cuisine in 2017. With more than 25 years of experience behind him, Chef Jason has mastered the art of both traditional and contemporary Chinese cuisine, using handpicked spices, time-honoured techniques from China’s rich culinary heritage and infusing his own creativity to consistently delight guests. He specializes in Szechwan, Cantonese and Dongbei cuisines. A Chinese native, Chef Jason has spent considerable time across Asia at leading lifestyle destinations including China, Singapore and
