Prateek Jaiswal appointed as Executive Housekeeper at Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway

Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway is glad to announce the appointment of Prateek Jaiswal as its new Executive Housekeeper. He comes with over 15 years of commendable experience in the Hospitality Industry, his expertise and key strengths lie in implementing housekeeping & room operations along with other pivotal roles including strategic and financial planning, resource and team management.

A self-motivated and highly result driven professional, Prateek has been recognized as a ‘Go-Getter’ since he understands the industry to the core as well as the requirements of the guests and provides solutions accordingly. Possesses strong technical acumen with good leadership qualities, he believes in delivering the best results and achieving organizational goals.

Prateek started his career in 2003 at Intercontinental Eros, Delhi as House Keeping Executive and moved to Intercontinental Crown Plaza, Gurgaon and had been a part of the pre-opening team. His position as Housekeeping Manager at The Leela Kempinski Gurgaon Hotel & Residences gave him an opportunity to showcase his expertise and skills to manage the room operations and contributed to the property in a great way. Prior to joining Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway, Prateek worked at W GOA since its pre-launch.

In his professional journey, Prateek has worked with 4 pre-opening teams across India, won the ‘Best Department Trainer’ award twice when he was working with the Leela Kempinski Gurgaon, been awarded Gen X most promising Housekeeper of the year by IPHA, Goa and has been certified as the Departmental Trainer for The Housekeeping Department. He is a Diploma holder in Hotel Management and has also done French crash course to supplement his flair for the languages.
