The event commenced at Plunge, the hotel’s poolside lounge bar, where participants, including distinguished members of the Bailliage and renowned industry professionals, gathered for a meet and greet. Against a backdrop of elegance and sophistication, guests indulged in a gourmet grazing experience featuring an array of delicious small plates and innovating cocktails.

After the reception, esteemed guests were gracefully escorted to ZARF, the hotel’s new dining haven renowned for its Indian cuisine, promising an unforgettable gastronomic experience. The evening unfolded with a meticulously curated four-course meal, expertly crafted by Executive Chef JP Singh and the talented culinary team of ZARF. Complementing the dinner were fine sparkling wines and a selection of ‘classic’ cocktails, ensuring a truly opulent affair. The menu showcased a fusion of traditional flavors and innovative techniques, delighting the palate with an assortment of tantalizing dishes. Highlights included Mango Wood Smoked Burratta, Asparagus and Edamame Shammi, Black Mutton Curry, and an array of delectable bread options. The gastronomic experience concluded on a sweet note, featuring Idukki Gold, leaving a lasting impression on discerning palates.

The glittering gathering of members and guests, adorned in formal evening wear and insignias, added to the ambiance of the soirée, creating an atmosphere of elegance and refinement.
