Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden Hotel appointed Executive Housekeeper – Ms. Anasua Roy

Pune, 04^th November 2019: Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden Hotel announces the appointment of Ms. Anasua Roy as the Executive Housekeeper. Anasua brings aboard over 14 years of extensive experience in her field. Her expertise and key strengths lie in implementing housekeeping & room operations along with other pivotal roles including strategic planning, resource and team management.

Anasua holds a degree in Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition. She began her career with ITC Hotel Sonar and since then has paved her path towards success through several leading positions in housekeeping. She has worked with various hotels across the country such as Taj Bengal, Hyatt Regency Delhi and Hyatt Regency Kolkata. Most recently she was associated with the Hyatt Regency Delhi as the Housekeeping Manager.

In her new role, she’ll be responsible for ensuring that guests have a comfortable experience and their request are heard in a time bound and effective manner. The team at Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden Hotel looks forward to working with Anasua.
