When it comes to wedding cakes, clients usually opt for tried and classic flavours like chocolate and red velvet, so as to ensure everyone would eat a portion, however with changing trends clients are now opting for exciting flavours like lemon raspberry, blueberry cream cheese, mousse cakes, almond praline to name a few. 

With weddings morphing into lavish events, the cakes also have evolved to fit the event. Wedding cakes have become the centrepiece of the events, they are no longer just 3 tier cakes, but work of arts, from functioning cakes where technology is weaved into the design of the cakes be it in the form of lights or rotating platforms to chandelier cakes which are constructed in a manner to resemble theses grand chandelier. Wedding cakes are becoming the show stoppers of wedding these days.
