Comexposium and Inter Ads Exhibitions have announced the dates for second edition of SIAL India Food and Beverages Expo. The second edition of SIAL India is scheduled from September 19 to September 21 this year in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The second edition of SIAL in India is expected to witness over 300 exhibitors from 20 countries likes France, China, Italy, Indonesia, Russia, Portugal, Canada, South Korea, Switzerland, Spain, United Kingdom, Turkey, United States of America and others will help them to explore the untapped market in the country and make more investments and deals in the food processing sector. While, Meghalaya is the partner state in SIAL India with special focus on North East market.
Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and few associations like Indian Federation of Culinary Association, Forum of Indian Food Imports, Hospitality Purchase Managers Forum etc. will also be taking part in the exhibition. The three day event will also witness SIAL Innovation – A Unique Celebration of Innovative Food and Beverage Products.
Another attraction of the event will be the Biennial World Chef Championship ‘Bocuse d’OR’ – where the chefs will compete in one of the world’s most prestigious cooking competitions.
