His passion to continuously learn and explore his craft has resulted in an impressive career spanning India and USA with previous work experiences that include working for various properties of the Taj Group of Hotels in Delhi and Mumbai, Luxury Cruse in Miami and chain of restaurants in the NCR.

Honoured to have organised State Dinners at The Prime Ministers House and other dignitaries, Chef Sidharth is also the recipient of Bronze Medal at 1998-Taj Culinary Olympics held at The Taj Palace Hotel, New Delhi. His wide ranging experience, creative flair and ardent passion for the culinary arts make him the ideal chef to supervise and further the legacy of the 90+ restaurants and hotels pan India & abroad.

Detailed Profile: Chef Sidharth has been a part of miscellaneous professional roles within the hospitality industry working with some of the most reputed brands. Beginning his career with the Hyatt Regency in New, Chef Sidharth later joined The Taj Group of Hotels.

In his 4 year stint with different units of The Taj Group of Hotels, he specialised in providing a range of services for hotel & restaurant operations including their menu driven requirements.

Moving ahead in his gourmet journey, he helmed the reins for a chain of one of the first few restaurants in Delhi. One of his KRAs being planning, he played a significant role in helping the expansion of the group, set up processes for effective management and the right menu for the right audience. His ardent curiosity in food & hospitality industry led him to explore overseas where he helmed the role of a Chef with a Florida based luxury cruise liner company.

He effectively discharged the duties of maintaining high standards of food quality, overseeing a team of diverse nationalities, while ensuring HACCP criteria were met and implemented as a priority.

Thereafter, as he took the role of Executive Chef in Gurgaon, his significant experience of handling manpower development, setting up standard procedures, effective cost management and diverse culinary exposure got him profoundly involved in his work for their pre-opening & setup of a multirestaurant unit with niche banqueting and event facilities. Apart from this, Chef has also been a consultant to more than 90 restaurants and hotels across India and abroad too.

He has a consultancy experience of 8 years wherein he looked after key initiatives like menu planning & kitchen designing. Some of these units are proud holder of various food awards and are high achievers in term of turnover besides being well known names in Delhi NCR.

Post the amazing body of work across different continents, in different cultures, he has now joined Saints N Sinners- the Grub Pub Music Hub of Gurgaon in the capacity of Corporate Chef. Chef Sidharth’s pleasure is to liven up each dish with his personal flair and has previously been involved in the menu curation for Saints N Sinners.

His expertise is the secret behind the specialties like Cotes De Porc, Khumb Galouti Crostini, Kandhari Lamb Shanks to name a few. He’s fond of the diverse yet interconnected cuisines of Asia and prefers hiking in the mountains when out of the kitchen.
