Parabola- a fine dine restaurant at Rodas, an ecotel hotel, Hiranandani Powai is organizing a sizzlers festival. Chef has curated a menu which consists of options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food lovers.

Mediterranean Falafel Sizzler: Homemade falafel served with a Greek salad consisting of fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, feta cheese, and olives Accompanied by warm pita bread and tzatziki sauce.

Asian Manchurian Sizzler: Soft vegetable dumplings Served on a sizzling plate with Fried rice & noodles, fried momos & manchurian sauce.

Italian Pasta sizzler: Italian Penne with your choice of sauce, Hash brown potato, garlic cheese bread, and vegetable bouquetiere.

Thai Basil Shrimp Sizzler:  Sautéed shrimp with Thai basil, bell peppers, and onions in a spicy garlic sauce. Served on a sizzling plate with jasmine rice and a side of fresh spring rolls with peanut dipping sauce.

Butter Chicken Sizzler: Tender pieces of tandoori chicken simmered in a luscious and flavorful buttery tomato sauce. Accompanied by garlic naan, vegetable pulao, and a side of cucumber-onion salad.
