Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks will be launching its one-of-a-kind culinary masterclass – The Culinary Studio with Chef Anand, on the last Saturday of every month with their Executive Chef as the face of the new concept.
The first of the class will be held at the property’s signature restaurant – The Salt Grill where the Chef will be teaching enthusiasts his three signature grills –Jerk marinated Lamb, Harissa Prawns and a finger licking good Green Onion marinated Chicken.The veteran at the helm of affairs for award winning restaurants like Ministry of Food and The Salt Grill is all set to share his secrets to make a perfect meal every time. “I am looking forward to sharing my secrets of the ideal BBQ with the discerning gourmands of Bangalore, If you love good food and enjoy cooking this is the perfect way to spend a weekend. “says Chef Anand.
To add to the novelty, chef Anand would also be unveiling his career long trips and tricks on grills (as the topic for the masterclass).
