Sofitel Mumbai BKC, the elegant, luxury hotel in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex, is pleased to welcome Sirapong Pradit, Executive Sous Chef from Pullman Bangkok King Power, for a 10-day Thai Food Festival at Pondichery Café.
Consistently rated as one of the most popular cuisines in the world, the Thai food menu at Pondichery Café will have something for every diner. Guests can enjoy dishes like Phad Thai Goong, stir-fried noodles Thai-style with prawns and tamarind sauce, dried shrimp, bean sprout, chives and peanut; Som Tum Thai, Central Thai-style green papaya salad; Kuey Teow Tom Yam, traditional Thai noodle soup with shrimp, mince chicken, vegetable, and boiled egg; and Gaeng Kiew Waan, the much-loved Thai green curry with vegetables and sweet basil.
The Thai food festival is priced at Rs. 3500 plus taxes per head for dinner only, and will be served at Pondichery Café from 7:00 pm to 11:30 pm, from July 21-29, 2023. On Sunday, July 30, 2023, a Thai-style brunch will be served at Pondichery Café from 12:30 to 4:00 pm.
Chef Sirapong Pradit has extensive experience cooking in some of Thailand’s most recognized kitchens, including Bangkok’s Shangri-La Hotel, the Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong, The Sukhothai Bangkok, and most recently, the Pullman Bangkok Royal Power.
