Gurgaon, Delhi NCR, India – Soulful Seoul – A Symphony of Korean Delights is meticulously crafted by the Master Chef Yong Woo Park, promising an extraordinary culinary journey through the flavours of South Korea. Chef Park’s passion for showcasing the authentic flavours of South Korea shines through in a selection of his signature dishes that encapsulate the soul of Korean gastronomy. Some of the standout offerings are Samgyeopsal - meaning "pork belly", often refers to samgyeop-sal-gui (grilled pork belly), Bibimbap - The term bibim means "mixing" and bap is cooked rice. It is served as a bowl of warm white rice topped with namul and gochujang, Jeon - Jeon is a fritter in Korean cuisine made by seasoning whole, sliced, or minced fish, meat, vegetables, etc., and coating them with wheat flour and egg wash before frying them in oil, Hotteok - is a type of filled pancake known as a popular street food in South Korea. It originates in China and was first brought into Korea during the 19th century.
