NEW DELHI, February 2024: Soulinaire, the luxury food and beverage concept by Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), elevated the culinary experience for attendees at Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2024 thus establishing a remarkable presence at this prestigious event. The event took place at Pragati Maidan from 1st to 3rd February 2024.

The inaugural global mobility exhibition in India united the complete spectrum of mobility stakeholders in a single venue. This pioneering event marked a significant milestone in the country’s mobility sector, showcasing the latest advancements and innovations in the industry. Striving to impart a distinctive ambiance to the event, Soulinaire particularly focused on culinary innovation and sustainability, infusing the occasion with delightful and unique flavours.

As the culinary partner for multiple automobile giants at the event, Soulinaire offered a diverse range of delectable dishes that showcased the rich flavours of Bharat. From traditional buffet setups to exquisite high-tea offerings, Soulinaire’s team of talented chefs curated a menu that reflected the Expo’s theme of mobility and progress. The menu was thoughtfully curated to cater to diverse palates and preferences of the global visitors and included dishes such as Avocado Tex-Mex Bruschetta, Beetroot & Peanut Butter Kebab, Prawn Tempura Sushi, Chicken Tikka & Lettuce Mini Wrap along with packed Bento Box meals. An extensive buffet display was set for breakfast and lunch offering Indian, Asian, Continental dining in addition to delectable desserts.
