MAC ‘N’ CHEESE

Ingredient Quantity

Macaroni Pasta 100 gm

Olive Oil 220 ml

Minced Garlic 10 gm

Parsley 20 gm

Salt 15 gm

Pepper 10 gm

Parmesan Cheese 30 gm

Cheddar Cheese 30 gm

Refined Flour 10 gm

Butter 10 gm

Cream 20 ml

Milk 100 ml

Method:

1. Boil the macaroni pasta in boiling water with salt and olive oil.

2. Drain the pasta with a strainer, add olive oil and keep it aside.

3. For white sauce, take a deep pan, add butter, and refined flour, and mix properly.

4. Add hot milk to the dough (mixture of refined flour and butter) and cook until you get a saucy consistency.

5. Take a fresh pan, add olive oil, sauté minced garlic, add white sauce and macaroni pasta.

6. Add parmesan cheese and butter.

7. Pour the pasta in a pasta plate, put the cheddar cheese on top and bake the pasta.
