New Delhi, 16^th November 2022: Ushering the onset of the season of gingerbread and candy canes, the QMIN Gourmet Lifestyle Store at Ambassador, New Delhi – IHCL SeleQtions, hosted the hotel’s annual Christmas Cake-Mixing ceremony with festive joy and flavours. Soon approaching its launch anniversary milestone, Qmin’s gourmet store in the heart of Lutyens Delhi has been making culinary waves since its inception.

Organised on the 14^th of November 2022, the cake-mixing ceremony was led by Sheetal Singh, General Manager - Ambassador, New Delhi – IHCL SeleQtions, along with a team of all-women associates, fostering a culture that reinforces IHCL’s commitment towards lady colleagues and partners - She Remains The Taj. With a specially themed Christmas menu, decorations and uniforms in red and white aprons with Chef caps, the Hotel associates and guests joyfully immersed themselves in the festive spirit. What followed was a rich and aromatic mix of dry fruits, apricots, dried ginger along with spices and spirited concoctions which was then transferred to jars and will soon transform into delightful Christmas cakes available for guests at the Qmin Gourmet Lifestyle Store and in the festive hampers of Ambassador, New Delhi – IHCL SeleQtions.
