Stirring Up Joy:  Hilton Manyata Grand Festive Cake Mixing

Bangalore, October 9^th, 2023 - The Neo Kitchen at Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park hosted a spectacular Cake Mixing Event, marking the start of the festive season with a grand culinary celebration. An annual tradition, this event commenced with a specially curated brunch, serving as a prelude to the forthcoming holiday season, aimed at elevating the guest experience and spreading joy.

This delightful affair featured an exquisite medley of candied fruits, nuts, spices, and spirits, meticulously arranged for the fun mixing ceremony. Guests and children took part in this age-old tradition of mixing the ingredients that will mature in time for Christmas. A dedicated alcohol-free mixing counter was set up to make the event more inclusive and enjoyable for all, allowing children to join in the fun.

"The run-up to the holiday season is an exciting time for us as it two whole months of food, friends and fantastic event experiences hosted at our premises. The air is nothing short of fun, holiday cheer, and excitement all around. It's a magical moment when our guests and their families come together with us to create a tradition that embodies the spirit of togetherness and joy. We have mixed about 225 Kgs of fruits that will be left to steep in our controlled cold storage environment to soak in all the rich flavors over the next couple of months. This mix includes an array of exotic dry fruits, spices, fruit juices, and premium alcohol for an exquisite range of Christmas bakery delights. We are preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic batches to customise orders. We welcome you and your loved ones to visit our home and make it a merry festive season”

Beyond the artful and fun mixing activity, the event was a hallmark of spirit of community and togetherness in a vibrant setting . Guests enjoyed many family brunch activities such as pottery, tarot card reading, performance by a card illusionist, caricaturing and an excellent live band.  With the holiday season on the horizon, The Neo Kitchen eagerly awaits the opportunity to welcome patrons back to savour the fruits of their collective cake-mixing labor, as delectable plum cakes and a whole host of decadent culinary spreads await their moment of indulgence.
