Navratri is an occasion for spiritual reflection, dance and delectable feasts & Chef Tarun Sibal has put together a celebratory vegetarian menu that pays homage to the flavors and traditions of this festival while adding a unique contemporary twist.

Begin your meal with the classic Sabudana Tikki with coriander chutney or get a little experimental with the innovative Watermelon toast sweet potato chaat or Aloo Tuk with lemon cream. 

For mains choose from the delicious Paneer fox nut makhni kutu paratha or relish a bowl of comforting Sabudana risotto with tempered chilli oil. Finish your meal on a sweet note with the luscious Chenna Aam Rass.
