This event highlights a specially curated selection of cocktails that are crafted with a focus on minimizing waste, showcasing the hotel’s commitment to environmental responsibility.

As the sun sets, relax in a serene atmosphere of BG’s poolside Bar & Grill and join us in embracing sustainability with our eco-friendly cocktails involving zero waste. Try the Oleo Fashioned, made with citrus peels and sugar syrup infused with essential oils for a burst of flavor, or enjoy the Tepache Highball, a Mexican probiotic drink fermented from pineapple rind, peels, and brown sugar, offering a refreshing taste. Taste innovation with the Recycled White Russian, using ground coffee beans from espresso pressings to make homemade coffee liqueur instead of Kahlua.

For a tropical twist, sip on the Go Bananas cocktail, featuring banana syrup made from ripe banana peels and sugar. Lastly, indulge in the Red Berry Negroni, infused with strawberry tops, to capture the fruit’s essence with no waste.

All peels utilized for flavor infusion and garnishing in the cocktails, are meticulously sourced from leftover materials from restaurant orders, such as juices and fruit platters. The ground coffee beans leftover from espresso pressing are repurposed for infusion, ensuring minimal waste and maximizing sustainability efforts.
