Salt Water Cafe, a quaint  Cafe in the by lanes of Bandra West serving some timeless European affair. The flavors provide the guests a taste an overall experience that lingers beyond the meal. A cafe that was born through a labor of love by Riyaaz Amlani with the kitchen being helmed by Impresario's Culinary Director Chef Gresham Fernandes.

Salt Water Cafe, with a presence of over a decade, has become synonymous with serving traditional European flavors with a touch of London's pub fare and haute cuisine. The menu at the same time also caters to the locality's discerning diners, the Bandra's most wanted and quirky twists by our very own Chef Gresham Fernandes.

Over the years, the cafe has hosted numerous Swine Dine events and is back with popular demand. The 14th edition will be a specially curated pork menu with a Japanese twist and a limitless pouring of 'Porktails'! Inspired by the flavors of Japan from his last trip in September, Chef Gresham Fernandes takes you on a journey that starts from the palate and ends with your mind blown! From starters to dessert, each dish will be 'porked' to the brim. Bacon infused cocktails with the likes of Ardmore, Absolute & Stranger & Sons flowing freely as the binge continues.

A communal-style dining concept

Swine Dine is an evening designed to bring together like-minded people, or rather those with similar palates. People are encouraged to sit around the long table and the pork-heavy meal is served on this communal table. The idea is for people to bring together pork lovers who can discuss food and make the evening informal and cozy by minimizing service. There is an air of warmth and camaraderie that swivels around a community table that is woefully absent in contemporary dining formats.
