For seven remarkable years, founders and brothers Pankaj Gupta and Avinash Gupta have  meticulously curated a menu that epitomizes the essence of Indian cuisine, seamlessly weaving  together traditions and techniques from the northern frontiers to the eastern shores.

Under the expert guidance of Chef Nilesh Singh, the kitchen embraces a mature approach,  delivering flawless execution with the support of seasoned Ustaads from Lucknow and  Kolkata, blended with Kashmiri expertise.

Striking the delicate balance between preserving beloved classics and embracing bold  innovations was no small feat. Yet, with hearts brimming with excitement, the Taftoon team is  ready to unveil the shining stars of its new menu. Diners can now indulge in otherwise often  forgotten offerings such as Aushak from Kandahar, the Tibetan-inspired Thentuk, Qureshi 

Kala Bhuna Biryani from Chittagong, hard-to-resist Pides borrowed from Turkish travelers,  alongside forgotten gems from Rajasthan and new contributions from the exquisite cuisine of  the Nawabs of Awadh. Taftoon also boasts an exceptional selection of Indian breads, including  Girda, Nihari Kulcha, and Laal Rogan Naan

In the realm of libations, the bar program, curated by illustrious mixologist Louness Ducos from France, breathes new life into the Grand Trunk Road legacy. In the cocktail menu, the  Grand Trunk Road serves as an inspiration for some of the ingredients but the overall taste  direction is decisively contemporary - and playful.
