Promising the most-genuine culinary experiences, the team of chefs at Anise led by Executive Chef Sujan Mukherjee has curated a menu that features authentic delicacies that are a mix of South Indian and Anglo Indian cuisines. Relish the unique blend of spices, fragrant curry leaves, and freshly ground masalas, giving guests a taste reminiscent of the good old days when Chennai was known as Madras!
