Yum Cha is one such unique tradition, where various delicacies are presented to the diner in small portions, steamed, pan-fried, or deep-fried dim sum served in bamboo steamers. The name ‘Yum Cha’ literally means ‘drink tea’ in Cantonese, tea forming an essential element of the feast. 


To give patrons the best possible experience, the chefs at Koko have curated a menu that includes dishes such as Smoked Cheese & Scallion Dumpling, Pan Fried Turnip Cakes, Asparagus & Shiitake Cheung Fun, KOKO Spare Ribs, Har Gow, Sui Mai, Chicken Longhai Dumpling. These flavourful delights are paired with delicate, artisanal teas like Geisha Green Tea, infused with ingredients such as, Lavender, Liquorice, Dry Peppermint Leaves, Chamomile, Lime Blossom, or Happy Belly Tea, which contains Fennel Seeds, Dry Peppermint Leaves, Calendula, Mallow, Chamomile, Anise, Caraway Seeds, to soothe your body mind and soul. Choose from a wide array of classic herbal relaxing teas, including Chinese Jasmine Green Tea, White Bud Yin Zhen Tea and Organic Matcha Tea.
