(New Delhi, 6 May 2022) Shangri-La Eros New Delhi introduced the ‘Hidden Culinary Gems of India’ pop-up series on 7 April 2022 in collaboration with Chef Pin. The third edition of the exclusive series features signature coastal cuisine made by home chef Rekha Rigo under the guidance of the hotel’s executive chef Gagandeep Singh Sawhney. It is available from 5 to 8 May 2022 for lunch and dinner buffet at the international cuisine restaurant Tamra.
Chef Pin is a leading platform for home chefs offering healthy home-cooked meal options to people who love pure authentic food. The chefs will present their specialties, which cover a variety of regional cuisines, for four days.
India’s varied coastal cuisine is a flavourful blend of seafood specialties as well as delicious vegetarian options that are popular not only in the Southern states but across the country. Bringing together the traditional dishes of Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra and Tamil Nadu, the rich spread will include Rasam Vadai, Mutton Chettinad, Mangalorean Prawn Curry, Set Dosai, Tawa Fish Fry, Kori Gassi, Andhra Pepper Fry Chicken and more.
The lunch buffet is priced at INR 2,650 plus taxes, and the dinner buffet is priced at INR 2,900 plus taxes per person.
