Start your meal with the first course Antipasti and Insalta with dishes such as Cured Meat, Piadina & Eggplant preparations followed by the second course Zuppe -Bacon (Risotto Soup with bacon), Chicken (Tiny Pasta in Chicken broth) and Wild Garlic (White garlic with cream and dollop of butter).

The third course consists of regional Pasta and Risotto varieties such as Garganelli, Gnocchi, Tagliatelle, Agnolotii, Pansotti, Squash made in authentic style followed by traditional Salmon, Chicken, Lamb, Tenderloin and Polenta preparations as a part of fourth Course il Secondo.
