Sir, kindly tell us about the emerging need for technology in the hotel industry and how Sanguine Pvt Ltd is reaching out these demands?

Mr Sayeed:- Food & Hospitality industry is not only limited to restaurant & hotels but in the late years it is also involved other verticals like bakery, food chains, food retail store, play zone cafe, food courts etc. the economic is also seeing growth in shopping malls where food court is available. all players wants to expand geographically & bring them new resource for their brand. In this, technology partner play vital roles in achieving their targets.

Sir, have you always had this interest in Science? Do you try to stay up to date on the latest science and technology? 

Mr Sayeed:- Yes being science graduate, passion of technology always being there.

Sir, you have an experience of 16 years in managing hospitality products & solutions. Please tell us how much evolution you have seen in the demand for technology and software in a decade? 

Mr Sayeed:- In past decades, cash register has been replaced with  pos machines and software. people having are more mobile, hence to aggregative for dark kitchen has grown in number. Hence the demand for software has been always on the rise.

Any future expansion plans in the bucket list of Sanguine Pvt Ltd? 

Mr Sayeed:- Sanguine is restless company, expansion is routine job. We don’t need to plan we just go for it.

Hotels and QSR chains have a different environment and different software requirements. Is your software application for both? Why? 

Mr Sayeed:- The software is designed in such a way that it is suitable for all the hospitality domain. It includes to all the verticals of hospitality. It is hardware independent, OS independent, no need of infrastructure needs & also design to work for android platforms in online & offline modes.
